Broccoli microgreens are the hero ingredient in our blend. They naturally contain glucoraphanin, a plant compound that can be converted into sulforaphane when the plant tissue is broken down.
Pea microgreens bring a fresh, lightly sweet green flavour. They help soften the stronger broccoli notes, making the finished shot more balanced without added sugar or fruit juice.
Sunflower microgreens add a smooth, mild and slightly nutty character. They round out the blend and contribute the natural variety that comes from using three different young plants.
A long ingredient list is not automatically better. We chose three microgreens that work together instead of adding small amounts of powders, extracts and flavourings just to make the label look complicated.
