How many should I drink?
One 50ml shot per day is the simple routine. Consistency matters more than taking several at once.
Why are they frozen?
The shots are raw and untreated. Freezing helps preserve freshness from production to delivery without heat treatment.
How do I thaw them?
Move seven bottles from the freezer into the fridge once a week.
Do I need to shake it?
Yes. Natural settling is normal, so shake the bottle well before opening.
Can I refreeze after thawing?
For best quality, do not refreeze after thawing. Only thaw what you plan to drink.
Can I add it to a smoothie?
Yes. You can drink it straight or add it to a smoothie. Drinking it straight is just the quickest option.
What is in each shot?
Broccoli, pea and sunflower microgreens. No random fillers, no powdered greens and no fruit juice.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Noosa, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Tamborine, the Gold Coast, Tweed, Byron Bay, Ballina, Toowoomba, Gatton, Laidley and Warwick.
